Q:   How do I order?
A:   Make sure you have your order forms filled out (teacher or student).

Place your order by filling in the online Order Form for any club.

After you complete your order form (or forms, if you combine clubs), you will proceed to the Bonus Coupon screen.

Q:   If I am ordering from more than one Book Club, why should I combine Club orders?
A:   Combining orders generates more rewards for you. As the value of your combined order increases, so do your Bonus Coupons.

Q:   What Clubs are eligible for combining?
A:   You can combine Elf, SeeSaw, Lucky, Arrow and Teen Readers Club (TRC), but they must be from the same offer month. You cannot combine Book Clubs with Click!, Special Offers, Club de Lecture, Book Clubs Rewards Catalogue or Classroom Essentials Catalogue.

Q:   When is the Order submitted?
A:   The order is submitted to Scholastic Canada when you click on the green button "Submit Entire Order." You can make corrections or cancel your order any time until then.

Q:   Tell Me More About My Rewards!
A:   Every Book Club order of $25.00 or more (minus redeemed Bonus Coupons & Book Club Credits) earns you Bonus Coupons. The Bonus Coupons you earn with each order are automatically added to your account's Book Club Bonus Bank at the time your order ships. You can use your Bonus Coupons on product from any Scholastic monthly Book Club, Special Offer, Book Clubs Reward Catalogue or Classroom Essentials Catalogue.

You can check your Bonus Coupon balance in ClubsOnline or by calling Customer Service. To find out how they were calculated, refer to the Bonus Coupon table on the lower right-hand side of the Book Club order form.
