What is the Scholastic Guarantee?
We stand behind every magazine and book we publish. If you are not completely satisfied, simply call 1-888-752-4690 or write "Cancel" on your invoice and your order will be adjusted. Please note the one time only shipping will not be refunded on cancellations that have issues shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Each magazine has a different schedule depending on how many issues there are per year. How soon you receive your first issue depends on when you place your order and the issue schedule. Generally you should expect to receive your first issue 4-6 weeks after you place your order. After the first issue, you will receive your magazines according to the standard schedule.
What happens if I want to change my order?
You may want to change your student or teacher's copies at anytime for the next available issue and we will adjust your account accordingly. Call Scholastic Customer Service at 1-888-752-4690 or email at email@example.com.

What if I get duplicate orders?
If you receive duplicate sets of magazines, please call Scholastic Customer Service at 1-888-752-4690 or email us at email@example.com. Please provide us with information from the shipping labels from both parcels so we can adjust our records.
How do I pay for my order?
You will receive an invoice for your order within four weeks. Payments should be sent back in the enclosed return envelope or sent to Scholastic Canada Ltd., 175 Hillmount Rd, Markham, ON, L6C 1Z7. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Bonus Coupons, Book Fairs Profit Certificates as well as all Board Purchase Orders, and board office credit cards.
What if I have not received all of my magazines?
- Check the publication schedule in your Teacher's Edition to determine when to expect the issues. Publication dates vary among magazines.
- Contact your local post office to see if there is any delivery problem or delay.
- Check with other members of your school's staff. Someone may be holding your copies.

How are my magazines shipped?
- Magazines are shipped in boxes, plastic bags, and envelopes depending on shipping size requirements of your order.
How do I get my Teacher's Edition?
Teacher's Editions—which include a copy of the student magazine—are supplied, at no additional cost, as follows:
- Orders of 10 subscriptions—One Teacher's Edition
- Orders of 11–39 subscriptions—Two Teacher's Editions
- Every additional 30 subscriptions receives another Teacher's Edition

Can I receive back issues?
We can send you back issues and debit your account accordingly depending on stock availability.
Can I preview the magazines?
Yes, we can send out free samples of any magazines geared towards your class requirements.
What if the content of an issue is too American focused?
If you feel that a particular issue (from a full subscription) of any Scholastic Magazine is unusable due to American content, then kindly return the issue(s) to Scholastic Magazines in good condition and unused. A refund for that issue will be credited to your account. Please note, shipping and handling can not be refunded.
Can a magazine subscription issue be returned ?
Yes, a magazine subscription issue can be returned. The Magazine Department will issue a postal return label to the customer so they can return a specific issue. Returns must be received within 6 weeks of delivery of that issue date. Customer accounts will only be credited if items are return unused and in good condition.
